The Samsung Galaxy S21 series is a very amazing smartphone series introduced by Samsung. This series was launched about a year ago. The company does very well at fixing the issues that pop up from time to time with software updates. So let’s talk about some problems and the way out of them.

Problem 1: The fingerprint sensor is not responding.

Occasionally, we have noticed that the fingerprint sensor of the Samsung Galaxy S21 series is not working properly, we have tried many times, but the sensor does not detect it, and we have failed multiple times.

Problem solved

  • Go to your mobile settings.
  • Then click on Password & Biometrics.
  • Click on a fingerprint in biometrics.
  • Enter your password before that.
  • Remove any previous fingerprints.
  • After this, again, add a new fingerprint.

Problem No. 2: Battery drain.

Some users are facing battery drain problems in the Samsung Galaxy S21 series, and this is very unexpected.

Problem solved

  • Go to the settings.
  • Click on the display option in the settings.
  • Click on the motion smoothness option.
  • Choose 60 Hz and apply it.
  • After that, tap on screen resolution in the display option.
  • As per your preference, adjust the slider and apply it.
  • Now go to the main settings menu.
  • Click on the lock screen and click Enable Always-On Display.

Problem 3: Overheating while multitasking

While multitasking, some users reported that the Galaxy S21 series had heating issues. This issue may be caused by 5G connectivity in smartphones, but the majority of people claim that this occurs while using their regular data plan.

Problem solution: This issue was resolved by Samsung with their update last June. After this, if the same issue occurs again, we should advise you not to plug in your smartphone overnight.

Issue 4: The S21 ultra screen does not respond properly.

Problem solved

  • Go to the settings
  • Click on the display option.
  • Click on touch sensitivity if it is not enabled.

Issue 5: You accidentally touched the phone screen.

The company provides software for this problem.

Problem solved

  • Lunch is set.
  • The display should be selected.
  • From there, tap on the accidental touch protection option to enable it.

Issue 6: The Samsung Galaxy S21 restarts and hangs.

Problem solved

  • Firstly, switch off your phone.
  • Then the Android logo seems to press the volume and side keys of your phone.
  • After this, we can see the Android recovery option. Press the volume down button again to choose a wipe cache partition option, and then press the side key again to select it.
  • With the volume-down button, choose Yes. Then, with the side button, select it.
  • Now, after clearing, all caches will be wiped.
  • Lastly, select the reboot option with the side key.

Problem 7: Samsung Galaxy S21 Notification Issues

After the update to Android 12 was released, this notification issue became one of the most common problems faced by users. According to the report, we found that the notification application was not working properly, and sometimes it showed messages.

Problem solved

  • Go to settings, then notifications.
  • Click on the notification category option.
  • Click on the general notification settings.
  • Do not choose the new default notification sound.

Issue 8: Bluetooth is not responding.

Many problems are being faced by users, but this is one of the most common in this flagship, which I will mention at this point.

Problem solved

  • Go to Settings.
  • Select app settings tap on Backup and reset.
  • After this, select “Reset network settings.”
  • Now tap on the reset button.
  • Lastly, if you have set the password on your phone, then your phone will ask for permission before performing this operation. You will enter your password and then tap the reset button.

Issue 9: Samsung Galaxy S21 Camera Problem

Problem solved

  • Before trying all the methods, you should force restart your phone.
  • If you are still facing it, then go to the settings on your device.
  • Then select the App Info option for storage.
  • Finally, tap on it to clear your device’s default cache data.
  • If, after all this, you still face the same problem, then you will have to send your device to a service centre.

Issue 10: Unable to make or receive calls.

Problem solved

  • For this problem, we should remove our SIM card from the device and, after a few seconds, insert it again into the device.
  • After this, you have to restart your device once before using it or checking it.
  • If there is a possible chance that there will be a software update present, then install it first.
  • Once you have checked if aeroplane mode is on or off, by chance, it will be on and off immediately.
  • Finally, go to Set and reset your network settings.
