Samsung officially launched its latest flagship, the Galaxy S23 Series, with upgraded hardware and charging capabilities. However, this time, the charging speed of Samsung’s flagship doesn’t have a major upgrade over its predecessor. Similar to last year’s Galaxy S22 series, the Samsung Galaxy S23 comes with a 25W fast charging solution. The Galaxy S23 Plus and the Galaxy S23 Ultra have 45W fast charging solutions. However, none of the devices come bundled with a wall charger to meet EU regulations. You can buy the charger separately from Samsung’s website.
Check Samsung’s Galaxy S23 charging speed before buying.
Where can you get a Samsung fast charger, and how much does 45W charging cost? Both 25W and 45W chargers work with all Galaxy S23 models, but you won’t be able to utilize the 45W with the S23. It is worth considering buying a 45-watt charger for the S23 Plus and the S23 Ultra.
Buying a 45-watt charger and using it will speed up the charging process. These charger bundles are nothing special, as some budget-range smartphones and devices at half the price of these come with incredible fast charging solutions, particularly those from BBK Electronics.
Despite this, Samsung has optimized its OneUI 5 to last longer, and it has a better power management system for the Galaxy S23 series. You will receive more improvements shortly with updates, as Samsung promises to continue supporting the device for 4 years of major Android upgrades and 5 years of security patches.
The thing that people are not talking about is that the device’s wireless charging capabilities have been downgraded from 15W to 10W. Even though the device has bigger batteries, that’s all for now.
