We have all experienced the wrong purchasing decision. If there is no refund option, it might be challenging to claim a refund. So if you have ever made a PlayStore purchase by mistake, you can request a refund to get your money back.
To get a refund, there are some conditions to keep in mind; here are some of the conditions.
- You have 14 days from the purchase date, which includes a game, downloadable content, in-game consumables, and season passes. However, you have to explain your reason for getting a refund.
- For any subscription-based service, there will not be any refund; instead, it depends upon the usage of the subscription.
- For pre-order purchases, you have 14 days from the date of release. Not to mention, with the refund, you will also lose the exclusive pre-order perks.
- You can read more about refunds or any updates on the PlayStation Store cancellation policy.
