Today, Realme launched its two new smartphones, called the Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom. Both devices come with lots of new features and modern technology. Realme is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ with up to 12GB of RAM, while the Realme X3 comes with up to 6GB of RAM. Today we compare the Realme X3 SuperZoom with the Realme X3, including the camera, battery, display, and more.

Under the hood, the Realme X3 SuperZoom is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ mobile platform based on an octa-core CPU paired with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.0 storage on board. While the Realme X3 uses the same processor but 6/8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.0 onboard storage, Further, you can expand the storage using a dedicated microSD card slot. Moreover, the chipsets of both devices are coupled with an Adreno 640 GPU.

As the software, both devices have been running on an Android 10-based custom Skin Realme UI out of the box.

In terms of camera performance, the Realme X3 SuperZoom has a quad rear camera module aligned vertically on the upper left corner of the device. There is a device housing a 64MP primary Samsung GW1 + an 8MP 119° FoV f/1.8 ultra-wide angle lens + a 2MP f/2.4 macro lens + an 8MP f/3.4 periscope lens. For the front, there is a 32MP f/2.5 Sony IMX616 and an 8MP f/2.2 secondary lens.

The Realme X3 has a quad rear camera module aligned vertically on the upper left corner of the device. There is a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP 119° FoV ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens. While the front had a 16MP and an 8MP dual selfie shooter,.

The only difference between the two device camera setups is that the Realme X3 features a 12 MP telephoto sensor for 2x optical zoom, while the Realme X3 SuperZoom features an 8 MP periscope sensor for 5x optical zoom and 60x hybrid zoom.

Also having a side-mounted fingerprint scanner alongside facial recognition for biometric privacy authentication.

Both the Realme X3 and X3 SuperZoom are equipped with a 4200mAh battery and 30W of fast charging support. Most likely, the device has Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio technology. The dimension of the device was 163.8×75.8.9mm and its weight was 202.

Sensors and connectivity

Sensors on the device include an accelerometer, fingerprint scanner, gyro sensor, geomagnetic sensor, hall sensor, proximity sensor, and RGB light sensor. So, connectivity options in the smartphone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and Bluetooth 5.2.

Price

Realme X3 is starting to be priced at Rs. 24,999 and Rs. 25,999 for the 6/128 and 8/128GB memory configurations, respectively. Meanwhile, the device was initially available in two different colour variants, following the Glacier Blue and Arctic White colour options.

The Realme X3 SuperZoom starts at Rs. 27,999 and Rs. 32,999 for the 8/128 and 12/256GB memory configurations, respectively. Both devices will go on sale exclusively on June 30th on Realme.com and Flipkart.
