Creating a bootable USB for Windows 11 (23H2) is a relatively straightforward process to bypass the requirements.
- Download Rufus from the website to get the latest version.
- Double-click to open Rufus.
- Click the drop-down menu and select the flash drive to create Windows 11 23H2 bootable USB media from the device section.
- Click the select button, then choose the Windows 11 23H2 ISO file from browsing Explorer.
