Reportedly, Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, and S20 ultra users reported network issue which includes calling drops call not connecting and SMS isn’t sending. By analyzing the reports, it shows it occurring with the snapdragon powered device, not with Exynos powered Galaxy S20 series.

According to reports, Call drops not only limited within the network but also occurring with third-party apps like WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger voice calls. Moreover, calls are dropping, outgoing, and incoming takes almost 5 to 10 minutes before it gets disconnect.

It might cause because of ongoing modification of the 5G network or could be else. Not to mention, we can expect the patch could be reached quite imminent.

How to fix: Samsung S20 series keep dropping calls?
