Steps to share an Instagram post on your story.
After considering all feedback, Instagram changed its process to an easy way to share your post on your Instagram story.
- Go to your Instagram app.
- Choose a post that you want to share in your story.
- Tap on the triangle share button below the image.
- Now click on Add to Story to share your story.
- After all of these, you can resize or move the post that you want to look for and add stickers or any text that you want to add to your story.
- Lastly, upload your story by clicking the your story button.

- Whether you want to permit other people to share your post, you have to check that it is enabled in your Instagram settings.
- Click on your profile photo to go to your profile.
- In the top right corner, click on three lines and select Settings.
- In settings, tap privacy, and then tap story.
- Now click on the allow sharing to story option to enable your permission.
