The Realme X2 Pro launched in India at an amazing price, competing with the Redmi K20 Pro and the Oneplus 7T. In almost every scenario, the Realme X2 Pro is far better than the Redmi K20 Pro. Compare the chipset, speaker, display, and charging speed, and you get the idea.
Realme X2 Pro: Features a 90Hz display, 50W charging, and a flash-in-display fingerprint sensor. A cheaper OnePlus 7T is a Realme X2 Pro.
It means only one device. We are comparing the Realme X2 Pro and the Oneplus 7T. First things first: the design of the device. Both devices look identical, with the same mini waterdrop notch. While the rear panel of the device is different, they both have different camera module setups with varying glass finishes, although both devices feature Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Both devices feel quite premium, so it’s up to you. What are you exactly looking for anyway? If we talk about functionality, there are similarities on both devices as well. The device has a dual SIM slot but no microSD slot, a dual stereo speaker, a 90-Hz display, and a flask-in-display fingerprint sensor.
The main difference between the two devices is that the Oneplus doesn’t have Realme X2 Pro, which has a 3.5mm audio jack. Both devices come with a 6.5-inch AMOLED Full HD+ AMOLED display and are well protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. This means you can’t go with any of these shake-and-crisp displays.
In terms of camera performance, the devices are quite different. The Realme X2 Pro comes with a quad camera setup housing a 64MP F/1.8 primary + 13MP F/2.5 telephoto capable of taking 20x hybrid zoom + 8MP F/2.2 ultra + 2MP F/2.4 depth sensor equipped with LED flash. On the other hand, the Oneplus 7T comes with a triple rear camera housing a 48 MP F/1.6 primary, 16 MP F/2.2 ultra-wide, and 12 MP F/2.2 telephoto. Therefore, the camera outputs are quite similar to each other. Sometimes, Oneplus takes more detailed images, but sometimes, the Realme X2 Pro looks more appealing. The big difference is that the Oneplus 7T has 10x hybrid zoom, while the Realme X2 Pro has 20x hybrid zoom. Likewise, the obvious Beacuser Realme X2 Pro has a 64MP Samsung Bright GW1 Sensor.
Regarding video capabilities, both devices can record a video at 4K and 60 fps. Oneplus 7T has OIS, but Realme X2 Pro doesn’t mean shaky video. Even both devices can record video using wide-angle lenses, and both devices have a super steady mode as well. Well, there is no winner here. Realme X2 Pro can record a video in portrait mode, but Oneplus 7T can’t. On the front, both devices had a 16MP F/2.0 selfie shooter with EIS on board, and the results were similar as well. We don’t want to explain, but both devices have similar features. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 855+ SoC coupled with 8/128GB of RAM and 128/256GB of UFS 3.0 storage. Also, real-life usage is balanced with gaming.
Something to note is the experience. The Realme X2 comes with ColorOS 6, and the Oneplus 7T comes with OxygenOS, both of which bring similar features. This device has, surprising as the POCO F1 did last year, amazing specs at a great price. To power the device, Oneplus 7T is Equipped With a 3,800mAh Battery With USB Type-C 30W Warp Charger, and Realme X2 Pro is Equipped 4000mAh Battery Using USB Type-C 50W Super VOOOC. This means Oneplus 7T takes 55 minutes, and Realme X2 Pro takes just 33 minutes for 0–100%. Thanks for being with us. Share your valuable opinion and feedback in the comment section below.
