So, Realme has introduced a new useful feature in Realme UI 2.0 (Android 11) known as ‘Sleep Capsule’ that allows you to sleep better and use your device minimally during bedtime. It enables users to choose and use only a limited number of apps before sleep time.

How to Use Sleep Capsules in Realme?

Whenever Sleep Capsule mode is turned on, your Realme device runs on Realme UI 2.0, based on Android 11. Your smart phone goes into a deep freeze type of status for a specific period. Therefore, you won’t be able to open unnecessary apps. 

Note: whenever you turn on the sleep capsule, the user can’t turn it off even after restarting the phone. Because the default active time is 1 hour, so you need to wait for a minimum of an hour. Afterward, you can turn it off.

  1. Open your device settings, and then scroll down.
  2. Now, click on ‘Realme Lab’
  3. From there, choose the Sleep Capsule option.
  4. Next, set the time and sleep duration whenever you wish to sleep.

Note: Well, if users want to add some of their important apps during the Sleep Capsule mode to use them, users can customise the list of allowed applications.
