The Google Pixel 4A was first released three years ago, and the company will likely end support for the device. The company has already scheduled to launch Android 14 at the end of August, and the first developer preview has been released, but Google Pixel 4A still needs to receive the update! The device received the Android 13 update last week. In contrast, the device was packed with Android 10, and after a month, Android 12 was released. So the company has updated the device, but the Google Pixel 4A isn’t going to receive future updates.

This year, Android 14 has been scheduled as the last year since Android 13 was released. The company is expected to release the first stable platform anytime in June. However, there is a chance that the company may release the update as the Pixel 4A missed the deadline for its 3rd anniversary, which is August 3.

Here, more than two weeks will be needed for the device to be eligible for the Android 14 update. While Google announced the Pixel 4a in August 2022, the first developer preview is just a sign of why it has yet to receive Android 14. So, will the device not be eligible for Android 14?

There is plenty of time, and many new features and improvements have been made under the hood. You can read more about the development and findings on the Google Pixel 4A over AndroidGrek’s Android 14.
