Check Samsung Thermal Guardian Limit.
Samsung’s Thermal Guardian helps to control and track CPU throttling, from where you can check your socket temperature. If you have adjusted the thermal threshold, then check it after disabling it.
You can find this module under Samsung Labs. You can use the level to adjust the thermal threshold. If you choose to lower the threshold, the device will prevent overheating and protect it from heat.
Higher thresholds can keep performance at a higher temperature and can increase. A lower temperature may potentially affect your device’s performance, and a higher temperature can give you better performance. So this is how you can let it default.
Update your device to the latest version.
Ensure that your device is updated to the latest available software version. The Samsung rollout patch fixes and adds new functionality.
Open Device Settings and head over to Software Update.

- Wait for it to finish, and you will need to reboot your device.

- Even if you are using the official charger, there is a major difference between quality and charging speed support. So use a charging cable designed for your smartphone.
Check for damage.
- Check for any damage to the cable or plug. If you find any, stop charging your device.
Swap or try different cables and plugs.
- It might be possible that you are using a different device cable or plug, so check by using different combinations of different cables and plugs.
Try using a different power source.
- After checking that everything is working, try plugging in a different power source.
